With over 24 years of professional experience in international financial financing, international trade marketing and sales and brand management, she has accumulated a wealth of work experience at the managerial level, from small and medium-sized enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises to listed groups and from basic work to senior management. she was involved in the establishment of the international quality control standard in manufacturing industry and has operating experience in the construction of environment protection certificate in forest industry. She has years of service in the industries of manufacturing, retail, catering, logistics, marketing and brand, which gives her multilevel feelings and understanding of management in different industries.

Combining different managerial experiences in different industries, she is specialised in analysis and mentoring. With respect to practical ability development, she thinks of competency cultivation, marketing operations and business results of employees as the best practice foundation.

Loving traveling, diving and photography, Evelyn ONG started to participate in hosting and group event planning in middle school. Being good at observation and developing potentials, she hosts different types of training camp many times and leads the team to practice and breakthrough the objectives. In addition, she attends personal training irregularly and never stops learning and improving.
