Ananda MA<\/strong> was trained in Public Administration and Public Housing Management at The National Institute of Public Administration back in the \u201870s.  After 16 years in the Public Service, His career took another leap forward when he was invited to move to a timber processing and furniture company. In the new environment, at the helm to pursue new directions, he fostered a culture of passion and excellence, and transitioned to new heights of sustainability with improved organizational management practices.<\/p>

He was then appointed as Managing Director in one of the subsidiaries of the Group. He played a pivotal role in providing good corporate governance in encompassing the tenets of rights and equitable treatment of the shareholders and following ethical business behavior along with practice of integrity.<\/p>

As a retiree, Ananda MA<\/strong> is now a Management Consultant, involving in the preparation of internal administrative system of various companies for Initial Public Offering (IPO) process.<\/p>

Throughout it all, Ananda MA<\/strong> has repeatedly proved that he is a leader who connects between people, creating partnerships and alliances, and motivating forward momentum to \u201cGet Things Done\u201d and driving results. With an enthusiastic and genuinely friendly attitude, Ananda MA<\/strong> radiates a sincere passion for delivering value and benefits to customers.<\/p>

Over the years, he has also involved actively in charitable activities in many nonprofit and philanthropy organizations in regards to humanitarian missions. He believes that volunteering is more than spending one\u2019s time actively participating in selfless acts or activities that benefit other people. It has a greater impact on society as a whole. Ananda MA<\/strong> was also the founder of Befrienders Muar, a voluntary group involving in emotional support and Suicide Prevention.
