EDDIE CHANG has 25 years of working experience, from traditional marketing and sales position to new advertising and internet system. He used to be an Executive Assistant to Group Managing Director and Manager of Planning Department at the same time in a media and entertainment organisation and a General Manager in commercial complex management and leasing industry. He has also served as a Group General Manager and Chief of Operation Division in a public listed corporation in Malaysia

EDDIE CHANG is expert in extemporaneous speech and passionate about personal and team potential inspiration and collaborative guidance. He was repeatedly invited to give motivational speech to incoming freshmen in Public Universities and Colleges in Malaysia and to provide training for cadres in business and political field. Loving photography, he was one of the very few officially appointed photography instructor of Canon Malaysia.

He believes that everyone has multiple potentials and possibilities and that with proper exploration and guidance, everyone can become a distinct person to make contribution to their life and the society.
